Since CO-VID 19 is here and gyms are shut down everywhere and workout equipment is sold out, then there’s park workouts left for you. Here are exercises you can do at many parks:
4. Pull ups on the bars (wide overhand pull ups, chin ups, and neutral grip pull ups)
5. Dips (find a good low bar or a bench. if you need a challenge then have a friend hold your legs or place them on a box.)
7. Any ab exercises you want (just bring a mat)
8. Squat and lunges of course (just do body weight or bring weights)
