Bread (all bread, even wheat and whole grain)

Potatoes (except boiled sweet)

Pasta (use zucchini or squash)

All candy

Any chocolate under 70% cocoa

All Cereal (except oatmeal)

All Dried Fruit (bananas, dates, raisins, dried apricot, cranberries)

All sodas (even diet sodas stick to flavored water)

All juices (even freshly pressed stick to whole fruit)

If you eliminate all of these things, you’re on your way to lean and thin even without working out.
