Have you ever tried pop corn for a snack? You probably think it’s unhealthy. But in moderation, you will be fine. Moderation being 1/2-1 cup a day. Popcorn of course comes from corn which naturally spikes our blood sugar, but it’s high in fiber, so it allows it to get out of our bodies as well. So try a cup of popcorn next time you need a snack.
