First of all if the question was, what’s the best workouts for fat loss I’d quickly say HIIT with heavy resistance training in the HIIT workout. But if you just want cardio, then its still HIIT, but sprints or burpees. You want to get your heart rate way high then bring back down to burn the most fat in your workouts.
