When in doubt, hunger, go find some nuts. Brazil nuts, almonds, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, these are all good nuts to have to hold you over until your next meal. I would aim to get 10 grams of protein from nuts and that’ll give you a good 20-30 min hold over.
